Beaded Artisan Jewelry by Cheryl Skeens / KC Bead Designs is an online web store specializing in unique handcrafted beaded artisan designer jewelry using glass beads, crystals, gemstone beads, pearls and wire. All beaded jewelry items are designed, created, and lovingly handmade by Cheryl Skeens and are usually one-of-a-kind or limited beaded artisan jewelry pieces.
I use Czech glass and other quality glass beads, Swarovski crystals, Cosmic crystals, Celestial crystals, natural and man-made gemstone beads and quality metal findings (plated and precious metal) and components. The specific beads, components, clasps, and metal findings are listed in the description of each item.
My beaded jewelry pieces are strung on stainless steel - nylon coated multi-cable beading wire for strength, flexibility, and to resist kinking unless otherwise stated. Some items are strung on other cords and materials as listed in the item description.
KC Bead Designs is owned and operated by Cheryl Skeens. I am proud to be a one woman shop located in the metropolitan Kansas City, Missouri area. I do some local festivals and shows in addition to selling here in my store, on my blogsite and occasionally on other auction web sites.
I have been designing and selling beaded artisan jewelry items for several years. I have been selling here in my store on the web since 2003. What started as a hobby is now a full time passion and a job I am proud to say is mine!
